The Groghead @ Green Park

This place is the newfound superhot destination for the city’s boozies and also the foodies who love to savour alcohol-infused food.

#Location & Ambience: Located at a walking distance from the Green Park metro station this place deserves to be in your wish-list among other happening gastro pubs in the city. A commodious seating space sprawled across the first floor and the terrace flaunts a full fledged bar and a wood-fired oven. The interiors are largely Leather and wood-work based giving this place a hatke look. Their speciality is alcohol-infused food items. The menu comprises mainly European dishes with a few Indian delicacies as well.
GROG 1
#Drinks: We had cocktails like Naughty Babaji (Spiced Rum with, mint, lemon and honey), The Capitalist (Bourbon whiskey with Grape Juice, Grey Tea and spices), Ballerina (mainly Vodka with orange juice).

Among mocktails Itsy Vit-C was a good option. Evershine was also nice.

Melonella was just okay.

#Food: Fantastic food items including BBQ Chicken Spears, Kebab Mein Haddi, Shrimp Shooters, Cajun Jambalaya. I also tried Crostini with lamb peanuts and feta but found it average.
GROG NONVEG
They offered both veg and non-veg nachos served with Mexican salsa. Burgers were also good. Dio Mio Pizza was simply awesome…this one is a must try.

Persian Jujeh Kababs were best taken with cocktails. They were chicken kebabs flavoured with Persian spices, saffron, pita and hummus.
GROG VEG
I specially liked the Rum-n-cola Lamb Shank which had an immaculate blend of all essential ingredients and was perfectly cooked.

#Desserts:Mojito On A Plate was good and had vanilla ice cream infused with white rum, lemon and mint. But, I feel the taste of rum was more than required.
GROG DESSERT
Orgasm on Order which flaunted molten chocolate and peanut butter with scoop of banana caramel ice cream was really Orgasmic in taste.

Great interiors, commodious seating with open terrace and prompt service with some fantastic food make you visit this place again and again. Go try this place if you have’nt been there.
